Angel’s Share began as a collaboration between Jason Otto, Jason Pipkorn, Peter Kotsakis, and Shaun Bowe, launching The Stillery in Richfield in early 2019. The founders, all from the greater Germantown area, shared a vision of creating a place where the community could enjoy exceptional food and cocktails at fair prices. From the day the doors opened, the restaurant received overwhelming support from the local community. With a commitment to quality that consistently exceeded customer expectations, the business quickly flourished.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in early 2020, we adapted swiftly. Rather than waiting for circumstances to normalize, we embraced curbside food and beverage service, as well as our "Fish Fry Fast Lane" that excelled our popularity in the area. Our to-go cocktail kits, a first of their kind, garnered widespread attention and became a cornerstone of our growth during this challenging time. The overwhelming demand even led to appearances on several local news channels during the early days of the pandemic.

In February 2022, we expanded by purchasing a building in downtown Grafton, where we opened The Stillery – Grafton.

Building on this momentum, we acquired two buildings in downtown Germantown in March 2024 and launched two new establishments: Von Rothenburg Bier Stube and Relish Supper Club.
